French Revolution - Causes, Events, and Effects

French Revolution is one of the most famous events in history. It occurred from 1789 to 1799, during which a string of events altered the whole political and social structure of France. During this revolution, the French monarchy was replaced by a democratic system, while liberalism and secularism eradicated the importance of religion in matters of state and society.
